There are several applications that will send out questionnaires for organizations that need information from their users. Your very own online store might already be using an app that includes a function for creating forms.
Google Documents made it easy to create a form that will generate the information you need. Responses to the form are automatically collated in a spreadsheet that is saved to the Google Docs on the account that created the form. Access to the data is readily available.

Evernote is an application that functions like an idiot notebook. It helps you organize and remember everything, i.e. to-do-lists for your clients, ideas for your business, tasks for current projects, etc.

Some helpful things you can do with your Evernote:
1. Take Notes- Note taking in Evernote is a lot easier than searching for the notebook or pad paper that’s lost or not with you. When you organize and tag your notes as you go, they will be effortless to locate, using Evernote’s powerful search.
2. Meeting Notes- Type as your boss discusses on and , the notes will be on your desktop before you’re back at your workspace . If you make hand-written notes, scan them into Evernote where the search function can recognize words in images.
3. Store Business Cards- This is good for mobile gadgets. No need to collect all those business cards. Instead photograph or scan them and send the images to Evernote. Evernote recognizes text on the card, so you can search for names such as “Joey” or “Mina” when that’s all you can remember about the person. On mobile phones, Evernote can geotag the photo. If all you can remember you met the person in Greece, you can still find it. You participate in saving trees: When someone hands you their business card, photograph it and hand it back.
4. Create Lists - Literally lists such as grocery lists, to-do lists, movies to watch and gift ideas. These are the lists that I update regularly and like to have them accessible right away. I created a notebook called Lists. All lists that I use go into that notebook, and are always accessible on any of Evernote’s many platforms. Using the tick box feature, I can make these lists, and tick things off as I do or buy them.
5. Web Clipping – This is useful when you come across something interesting on the net, skip the bookmarks. Instead, use Evernote's web clipper to store for later reading.
Dropbox is a virtual file storage application. It is very useful for exchanging files with your friends and business partners or creating an online backup of your files which you can access from any computer or mobile gadget.
